The business and affairs of the Club shall be managed by its Board of Directors, except as otherwise provided in the statutes of the State of Arkansas, the Club's articles or incorporation of these By-laws. Board of the Diamond Edge Figure Skating Club is made up of 7 to 9 members, as interest allows.
The Board meets on a monthly basis.
